Tofu Pad Thai
Our veganised version of a traditional pad Thai, we have created a sauce without the egg, dried shrimp and fish sauce. We've used a mix of tamarind, coconut aminos, chilli, garlic, lime and our vegan fish sauce. All of these create a perfect balance of sweet, salty, spicy and umami.
Served with rice noodles to make this dish gluten free friendly and a green papaya salad.
